This weekend, The Order: 1886 will be making the short trip from Irvine, CA to Las Vegas, NV to the PlayStation Experience, a massive two-day (December 6th and 7th) community event dedicated to the people who bring PlayStation to life, our fans.
One of the biggest reasons to stop by the show is to go hands-on with our new, never-before-seen playable demo inside our booth. With 16 playable stations, we’ll be doing our best to allow as many fans to experience this new look at The Order: 1886 as possible.
In addition to our demo, The Order: 1886 will have a part in two panels:
– Storytelling in Video Games – An Ever Evolving Model

– Music Magic: How Your Favorite Game Soundtracks are Made
Halloween is a PRETTY big deal inside Ready At Dawn. Since at least 2007, even when our company was less than half the current size, there has been an internal competition. If you would like to see some examples from previous years, click on the following links: 2010 — 2008In addition to the internal costume contest, we also decorate the office in certain sections. Unfortunately, our smoke machine was broken this year, but next year we’ll be sure to amplify it even more. To see the various costumes worn by employees this year, scroll down and take a look. Feel free to message us on Twitter (@RAD_Studios) and let us know your favorites!
After a flight across the Atlantic, followed by a ride on the high-speed rail, The Order: 1886 is nearly ready for Gamescom in Germany. This will be the first time ever that the general public can go hands-on with our demo for The Order: 1886, and we’re incredibly excited to see all the reactions.
We’ve also released a brand new trailer, revealing Nikola Tesla as an important figure within The Order: 1886. Nikola Tesla joins The Order in their war against the Half-Breeds. Wield powerful weapons of his design as you navigate the dangerous landscape of Neo-Victorian London. Use both stealth and brute force against human and non-human foes as your actions determine the course of history forever.

We’ve been quiet for a few months, but have been working away on a new trailer for The Order: 1886, shown during the PlayStation conference at E3 2014. Alongside the trailer, we’re bringing the first ever playable demo to the show floor, for all attendees to try out. Focusing on a section of Chapter 3, you’ll take control of Galahad and lead the Knights through a gun battle against Rebels. The story for why will be revealed in the full game, but this demo is intended to be a primer with regard to how the weapons feel, and the setting and atmosphere for the full game.
We’re also extremely proud to watch fans and media alike go hands-on to truly experience our seamless transitions between cutscenes and gameplay, achievable through the power of the PlayStation 4.
